Wrap is a small, independent product run by a single operator. We try to keep this short and honest. If anything below is unclear, email hello@wrap.watchand we'll explain.
1. What we collect
To sign you in and run the service, we collect:
- Your Google account basics— name, email address, and your Google profile photo URL. We receive these from Google when you click “Continue with Google.” We never see your password.
- The content you create — the wraps, slides, photos, audio, text, and search queries you save inside Wrap.
- Basic usage signals — view counts and unique-viewer counts on wraps you publish, plus standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
2. How we use it
We use the data above for three things and nothing else:
- Running the service (signing you in, saving your wraps, serving them to recipients).
- Showing you basic counts of how many people viewed each published wrap.
- Diagnosing problems (e.g. reading server logs when something breaks). Logs are not used for analytics or advertising.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, train AI on your content, or use it to send marketing.
3. Who processes data on our behalf
Wrap is built on top of standard cloud services. Each sub-processor below handles a specific piece of your data and is bound by their own privacy policy.
- Clerk — authentication and Google sign-in. clerk.com/legal/privacy
- Supabase — database for your wraps. supabase.com/privacy
- ImageKit — photo and audio storage / delivery. imagekit.io/privacy-policy
- Mapbox — map tiles and address search for the map slide. Mapbox receives your address queries. mapbox.com/legal/privacy

4. Cookies
We set one technical cookie for authentication (Clerk's session cookie), required to keep you signed in. No marketing, analytics, or tracking cookies. No third-party trackers from advertisers.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your wraps and account data as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete them, we remove the account record and the wraps it owns from our database within 7 days. Backups roll off within 30 days. Server logs are deleted after 30 days automatically.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Export a copy of your data (wraps, profile info).
- Delete your account and all wraps tied to it.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
Email hello@wrap.watchand we'll respond within 14 days. We won't make you jump through hoops.
7. Children
Wrap isn't designed for and isn't directed at children under 13. If we learn we've accidentally collected data from someone under 13, we'll delete it.
8. Changes
If we change this policy meaningfully, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top and note what changed. For anything material we'll send a heads-up to the email on your account.
